Festival Pass – Oppdal Ice Climbing Festival 2019

Festival pass for the evening entertainment at the Oppdal Ice climbing Festival 2019.

This is the main part of the festival and as last year, will take place at Dovrehallen Grendalag. The venue is sponsored by Oppdalsbanken.

The evening entertainment will include:

  • Festival Dinner* – Lamb Stew with ingredients sponsored by local farm Tande Gard, Oppdalslam, Bakeriet Sprø and COOP Mega Domus
  • Evening Talks from Joakim G. Eide and Knut I. Tønsberg
  • Competitions with prizes
  • Festival party

* NB its a bring your own beer occasion. (Alcoholic beverages can be purchased at supermarket stores in Oppdal centre between 10-20 (Monday – Friday) and 10-18 (Saturday). There is a Vinmonopolet in Domus shopping centre (open 10-18 Mon-Fri & 10-15 Sat).

The Oppdal Ice Climbing Festival is a non-profit social gathering arranged by local climbers, Oppdal Klatre og- Fjellsportklubb and with the help of volunteers from NTNUI Tindegruppa.

All ticket sales are considered final and tickets are non-refundable however, tickets are transferable. If you wish to transfer your festival ticket you are free to do so, just let us know so we can update our system with participants. The same applies to tickets for courses.


Ice climbing and winter mountaineering are dangerous activities that can cause serious injury or death. Throughout the festival you are ultimately responsible for your own behaviour regarding personal safety.
